Well I’m often asked a lot of things really, but most often what I get asked isn’t usually a properly posed question. What I usually get is “Huh?” With a lot more question marks. Obviously, part of the problem is that I was born with a clave in my mouth. Beyond that, there was something else called dyslexia, which led me to something else I still call exquision – the immediate delight that one gets from the most unexpected and often accidental happenings. I’ve heard some people call them happy accidents. Fortunately for me, I’m not one those people. That said, there’s also some other people that have wanted to call me an inventor, but to this day, I consider the art and act of inventing to be only one aspect of my own personal me-ness. There’s way too much other stuff going on to actually only be inventive. Inventions will often happen while I’m at work on my drawing table and without thinking about it, an idea will come into my mind that... um, come to think of it, I’ve had an idea...
